Went to see Dr Barrah for 5 months hoping my experience would get better, but it just got worse. I have to see a doctor monthly due to health problems and Dr Barrah did not make them easier at all. His appointments start at 9 am, but from my personal experience the earliest Dr Barrah gets into the office is 10 am. For my last appointment – he didn’t even show up to the office! I was waiting there as people piled into the waiting room. I love the staff, and felt very badly for them this day. He needs to get his practice together and stop overbooking/being late! As for his care; he was inattentive and tried to get me out of his office quickly. On top of that, his finance department billed me for “long appointments” even though half the time I was just sitting in the room waiting for him! Ev

Please save your self an additional headache and don’t schedule appointments here. TERRIBLE service from the people on the front desk to the doctor s with no respect for your time, went there to see Dr. Barrah and kept me on the waiting room for 1:50 mins, and after rushing a 3 mins consultation, he didn’t even have me a diagnosis. Went for the follow up appointment and they told me he left an hour earlier so I ended up going somewhere else after a month of treatment that didn’t work.

Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. I left work early and came in for allergy testing and waited for 90mins before I was seen only to find out the nurse had left for the day - complete waste of time. My copay had already been processed so they rescheduled my appointment for the following Saturday. When I came in the second time I waited over 2 hours before I was seen, then I waited another hour before the test began... once that finished, I waited another hour to see the doctor to discuss next steps... the doctor said he would call to organise further treatment but he never did. I’ve called the clinic every day for over two weeks to follow up but he’s refusing to take my call or call me back. Disgrace.

I waited 1 and a half hours then I met the least helpful people in my life then asked me to wait in the middle of my appointment for a half hour and then forgot I was there for 1 more hour. After that I waited more and I had waited 4 hours with no help. They don't know what they're doing and the doctor tried to prescribe me medication illegally before my paperwork came in because they also forgot to fax the paperwork for an entire week. I ended up paying my copay and walking out having received no help whatsoever. Save your breath and go somewhere else. Wasted my entire day both the first and second visit I tried to work with this place.

I wish I could give them -5, but I can't. They never picked up the phone; I had to wait 2 hours for the appointment they asked me to schedule. I got my height measured, and my heart best checked when I was there. That is all! I was also charged for something I didn't have to take a whole day off from work. The front desk is very unprofessional too.
