The staff is helpful and friendly starting from the people who answer the phones to Dr Ponquinette. If you have questions they are happy to answer them. Getting teeth extracted is never fun, but good staff can make it as good as it's going to get.

From the first phone call, speaking with Tiffany, I knew I found the right place. The caring staff is amazing!!! The ladies in the office are fantastic. They take their time explaining everything. Never rushed. The anesthesiologist was gentle and soft spoken. And the surgeon has a way about him that makes you feel at ease. I've had teeth pulled before but not like this. Pain free. I don't live right in this area but I will come back here for all my dental needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr. P and team have helped make my dream (inspired by the movie “Root Cause”) to remove two infected root canals (doing all the proper Biological steps plus new ones like the Hilotherm mask 🤩), restore my jaw bone with L-PRF Fibrin and recently install the best Swiss Dental Solutions ceramic white zirconium dioxide implants (just like another pioneer Dr. Blodgett in Portland, OR)… this process could of been done in 4-6 months, but I drew it out longer because I live in Maine (yep I definitely drove to NJ for ME because we don’t have Biological oral surgeons and the other New England options are a joke)… this last visit I had 2 molar implants installed on Monday, wore the “chill-mask” for 2 days taking breaks for food and the complimentary light therapy. Dr P is an amazing, smart, thinks outside the box. The laser light treatments, hyperbaric chamber made my recent oral surgery more bearable. I had titanium plates that needed to be removed bc it was causing heavy metal toxicity. He was so thorough and never pushed me to do anything I didn’t want. I cannot recommend a better oral surgery practice. Effectively run office, little waiting time and a staff that cares and understands my complicated illness such as Lyme disease. I am so grateful to have been referred to this practice.
