awful experience! no one answers the phone for certain doctor and leaving voicemail no one returns. I had to go in person to speak to someone on doctors’ staff. It seem each window for certain doctor (understandable) how does specialist staff doesn’t seem to ……… rest of staffing for other doctors are super nice & friendly it sucks that they can’t help you! Waited 15mins to speak to certain rep. for a certain doctor. when my appointment came of day. they supposedly didn’t have me on the list, when I had all documents with me! Someone on the staff remembered me, but yet didn’t add me to scheduling outstanding! Please if you are going here for specialist , go in person and make sure your appointment was added into their scheduling!

Office is highly disorganized. Mother and I walked in for her appointment 20 minutes early for Dr. Innella. There were no other patients there for the same doctor, receptionist stated the other receptionist who is there for that specific doctor was not in yet and to have a seat. Understandable. What was not understandable was when 2 other patients came in for the same doctor and were seen before my mother who was told she had the earliest appointment. She also needed a walker to get around 6 days are surgery. One guy was just standing in front of her and was allowed to open the door to see the doctor before the other patients were even seen or spoken to by this receptionist as she arrived when the guy came in and just let him in before anyone else no questions. I called and left a message to make an appointment with a pulmonologist. Still waiting for a call back. Not a good thing.
