Dr. Monka truly is the best doctor I have ever gone to in over 10 years! He always responds to my medication requests in a timely manner and if I need to be seen for an emergency he makes sure I am seen and he doesn’t rush my appointment! I this day and age where can you find a caring doctor like this?? Thank you caring for me and my health! I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone!

This review is being made on behalf of my mother. She had an appointment there in which she needed a translator. The woman that translated for her was demeaning, arrogant, visibly frustrated and miserable when assisting my mother. She treated my mother like crap and gave her attitude as if she was the one in charge of the conversation. Instead of being accommodating she grew frustrated when having to repeat herself without taking into account that my mother is partially deaf. If this is the cost of having one of your “certified translators” then please do away with them. My mother has been going to this practice for years and though I usually translate for her, I was not available on this day. You pride yourself on “DEI commitment” but clearly it’s not working out for you. Do better.

Though the office is filled with great people. I cannot explain my disappointment with the back office process for PPD Testing. I went in to get medically cleared to work for the state. I explained this MANY times and sadly my explanations were brushed under the rug because the doctors and nurses “knew what they were doing” (they clearly didn’t) and I had to redo EVERYTHING for my clearance. I had to go to a secondary office to get my test only to find out this office in cedar knolls is NOT eligible for medical clearance. So my question is this: why even ACCEPT my appointment if your facility can’t even support what I need to be cleared for? Why would they make me come back, take my blood for no reason, and send me off with no paperwork or validation of what happened. I really am disappoin

As a soccer mom always running and having jam packed days that are often filled with the unexpected- i'm glad a visit to the doctor is something that can remain a constant in my life! I'm generally a healthy person, but am often in the office getting something or other checked out (better safe than sorry!). I see a few comments about the wait times- while I have experienced this once or twice, the quality of care is well worth any wait I've experienced. I am usually in and out within an hour or so. The staff has always been beyond courteous of my time and exceptionally professional. Prescription refills are seamless. I've never had my nurse or Doctor give me a call me regarding the status of a prescription- but I assume that's because the refill has been processed and is waiting for me at
