Out of the Box Physical Therapy

Very impressed with the people and their techniques for recovery. After months of therapy elsewhere which yielded little results, I was frustrated that PT wasn't working...until someone mentioned Out of the Box. I was NOT disappointed, a few months later of only about twice a week therapy I feel great. The therapists take the time to talk with you each visit and tailor the program each visit....very impressed, highly recommend.

Out of the Box Physical Therapy has been a game changer for me. I started coming here for a shoulder injury turned surgery and honestly didn’t expect to feel this good again. From day one, the team made me feel comfortable and cared for—they really listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor each session to what my body needs that day. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and want their patients to heal, not just “get through” therapy. The progress I’ve made is incredible, but what really stands out is how supportive and encouraging everyone is. Outside the box is one of a kind. Hanna, Jesse, and the rest of the team are the best around. What makes the team different is they not only help you but educate you on how to help yourself once therapy is over. Highly recommend!!

OBT has been very effective for me. Initially, on my first day, I experienced significant back pain , but after a few months of treatment, I feel much better. Dr. Hanna pays attention and is truly supportive. I highly recommend this place.
