Keep sending me a bill with no reference account number. But when I call in they ask who it's for. I 6 people in my famliy so I don't know who it's for and what date. So how can I pay this bill - who knows? Bad experience. I can't even see the Dr's that are part of Atlantic Medical Group to even figure it out and narrow down.

Staff is professional and office runs on time. Would recommend Dr Pergament, she is fantastic.

I had worst experience with Atlantic medical group. I was mis diagnosed for my knee problem with Dr Tucker. I had tissue/membrane break which was later found in MRI but initially i was told to do physical therapy exercises which aggravated the pain and more tissue damage. Later I spent several hundreds of dollars to get my treatment properly. It was almost one and half year ago and still i have slight knee pain with this damage caused. They charged me 189$ plus x-ray fees etc. I disputed the service with Atlantic medical group and Mrs Rachel really did not show sympathy and rejected my request. Even though I paid half the amount and requested again, they sent the bill to collection agency. My problem is they need to review properly and show some concern for the patients if they are misdiag

My mom scheduled and got the COVID vaccination at an AMG location that also has an urgent care center. They billed the insurance for "Urgent Care Visit" on both occasions in addition to the shots themselves. Nothing other than vaccination was performed on both occasions. Insurance denied both requests resulting in the patient being billed a massive $442 for the two COVID shots. No wonder there are unvaccinated people in USA! Irrespective of how this gets resolved, the very act of billing $400+ to an insured person for a COVID vaccination shows how wonderful this company is. The company contacted me about this review and said they will not bill me. Then behind my back they billed the insurance again. And now 2 years later they have billed me again!
