Atlantic Health Urgent Care

Today was my first visit to this office location & the staff were very helpful, polite and all around genuine! The doctor I was seen by was full of energy and needing to know lol. The office was clean, smelled good and the service was fast and efficient. I didn’t wait long at all. I was able to be seen within my 30 minute break. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Genuinely the most unprofessional place i’ve ever walked in to. Not only are the two girls at the front desk so rude I waited in the room for 1 hour for my flu results. I literally had to ask the man if they forgot about me and due to the look on his face it’s obvious that they did. I got another test that they said results would be in for the next day. I called the next day they put me on hold for ten minutes and then just hung up on me. I called the following day and they basically yelled at me and told me we’ll call you. Two weeks later NEVER GOT THE CALL. I called them to tell them this and of course the lady on the phone was rude again. I had a great experience at Great Care Urgent Care. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. The wait time was reasonable, and the provider took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well organized, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. I truly appreciate the compassion and efficiency of the entire team. My daughter and I weren’t feeling well and needed to be seen immediately. We went to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Totowa. We were in and out in less than an hour. The medical assistant, Ileana Suero was so gentle and kind to us. She had to test us for everything. She was very patient and smooth when doing our swabbing. She asked us all the right questions and was on top of the results when the timer when off. We got our results, meds and doctor’s note. When I got home, I realized there was a date I forgot to add on the doctors note for my daughter. I called an asked for Ileana Suero and explained what I needed done and she had it fix immediately. Best urgent care by far and kuddos to their medical assistant, Ileana Suero for making our experience a happy one. Thank you! I highly recommen

New years Day and I was there at 3 with only one person ahead of me. Out by 3.30. Went smoothly. Large waiting room. PA Dombrowski was thorough. My only issue was that the mall had lounge esp music playing outside the office and had appropriate music for inside an urgent care. Get the mall to shut off, change music or lower volume.
