Atlantic Health Urgent Care

Love this urgent care. It's the best one I've been to. It's never busy (although I go first thing). The staff is so friendly and caring, Drs and receptionists alike (love Claire) . The only drawback is that the don't have an X-ray machine every day, it's only there like twice a week or something.

I had a bad scratch on my hand this morning from my cat who thought I was playing with him. He hit a vein in my hand and I thought I might need to have it checked out by a doctor so I came to your facility. Clair at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. The triage nurse was also helpful and compassionate. When the doctor and assistant came in the exam room, they were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience today. The office was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend your facility to my family and friends.

Slowest urgent care I've ever been to. Don't go if ur ready to spend two hours. On top of the long wait it was a WASTE of time because I wasn't given the proper medication dose and amount. I had to go to carbon health in Lawrence and was told instead of two day treatment I should've gotten a week AND higher dose for my ear infection. Do better

The treatment I received and the kindness of the staff was really the best I've had from anywhere else in a similar situation. Claire and Jeanette especially were super nice and made me feel totally comfortable during my visit. They went out of their way to make sure any questions I had were answered and I was treated with respect. I didn't have interaction with the other employees but they were friendly for sure! I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

I've been here at least 3 time before. They were able to accommodate me once again. I scheduled an appointment and was seen immediately upon arrival by the front desk and in triage 5 minutes of registering. The staff were nice and friendly. The location had mask available and hand sanitizer and tissue in the waiting area. I will continue to visit this location in the future for my urgent medical needs.
