did a walk-in; person at the front desk followed procedures pretty efficiently and was reasonably kind. provider, Kelly Keating, listened to my symptoms and seemed genuine in her desire to figure out what i had going on. got a diagnosis with a fleshed-out explanation after examination that was thorough. she was receptive to my questions. whole thing did not take too long. overall positive experience

Best experience possible when I was feeling like total garbage! Went early on a weekend. Made an appt easily online. Checked in and was seen immediately. Everyone was polite and friendly. Patricia Okorie’s cheery demeanor made me smile despite how gross I was feeling, and she addressed all my concerns professionally and efficiently. I was literally in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Long wait had to wait almost an hour to see doctor after scheduling appointment the night before.  I would consider taht acceptable if I walked in but in my mind I schedule appointment to minimize wait time. Otherwise fine; nothing special. Off ie was clean and staff were friendly.

The front desk staff was great, very patient and attentive on a busy day. The provider, however, read our results and tried to send us in our way with a prescription without any assessment. She had no intention of assessing my child. She did not put a stethoscope on her or assess her ears, nose or throat until I requested her to do so. This was after a 2 hour wait.

I go here consistently when my family needs care. We find them attentive, empathetic, and thorough as caregivers. The facility is clean and efficient. Sometimes the wait time can be excessive but on the average it seems typical to only have to wait 30 minutes once checked in.
