Atlantic Health Children's Specialty Center at Morristown

I don’t understand why Kativa works here if she has terrible customer service. Even the staff complain about her horrible attitude I’ve heard it all from this lady. And then when I come in for my appointment she started giving me problems saying I needed a referral for the appointment and couldn’t do it without one. But the hospital sent us there so I knew we were good. So when left and when we entered our car she wanted to call me and said she made a mistake. You don’t get to play with peoples time like that and treat people in a disrespectful manner and tone. everyone talks about her for a reason so why keep her as a staff member?

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Check in is via a kiosk at the entrance to the office and within 5 minutes we were called to the desk to sign paperwork and pay our copay. The waiting room is geared to keeping children entertained which was awesome, but unnecessary as we were called in less then 5 minutes later. They took my son's vitals and then set us in a room to see Dr Patel. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She talked directly to my 7 year old frequently to get his perspective and gave great medical advice. I would recommend her and Atlantic Health's gastroenterology practice.

We had a great experience with the nurse practitioner Christina Bonanni. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. My son really liked her and so did I. She is fantastic! The only negative thing was that my autistic son was anxious and took his shoes off in the waiting room and the receptionist harshly told him to take his feet of the chair. I guess she didn't like that his socks touched the chair? Just found that a bit weird, especially because they deal with autistic children all they long and should be more understanding of their sensory issues. 🤷

If anyone needs blood work for their kids, I highly recommend this place. They got all three of my kids in one shot and everything was flawless. I have a background in vascular access and I am genuinely very impressed with how well they handled my chunky 6 month old (I've seen her veins through ultrasound and they're very tiny and deep). They still managed to get her in one shot after carefully assessing her arms and taking their time. Best experience my kids have ever had with phlebotomists. Definitely coming back here 👍

The staff is terrible Don't go there.we made our appointment 2 times.and they gave us hard time on just 5 mins late and co ordinator was on call with us but didn't let us go in.The adress is wrong. They didn't mention the full adress.we drove 2 hours far but they didn't take us in.
