LACKS COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism, concern, and follow-up I experienced. Despite sending two emails in an effort to resolve the issue privately, I received no response. I visited Dr. Clark’s office on November 19th and was promised temporary restorations before Christmas, as well as a referral to a better dentist. Neither promise was fulfilled. When I followed up with a phone call, Dr. Clark didn’t recall the situation, and his receptionist incorrectly claimed he had agreed to stay and provide three temporary restorations—something that was clearly not meant for me. Dr. Clark is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is gentle and kind. He is very good at explaining what he sees and how to treat it. He is very professional and thorough. I will continue to recommend Dr. Clark to anyone who asks.
