I have been coming to Atlantic dental for many years. Dr. Spero is a very knowledgeable and caring dentist. I feel 100% confident in recommending him to friends and family. His staff are very skilled, friendly and professional. In this difficult time of COVID I feel quite safe continuing to receive my dental care at Atlantic dental. The safety measures in place add an extra measure of comfort.

Dr. Spero is by far the best, most honest dentist I've ever been to. He's gentle, professional and tells you exactly what you need to have done, not what will make his practice the most money. Just one example is this: I have dental insurance and gave him an option to cap a tooth that needed a repair. He told me that it wasn't necessary to cap the tooth but simply correct the original repair done by a different dentist. Total cost? Under $100. No unnecessary X-rays which I have found to be the norm for many dentists. I've had fillings and a root canal by him. All have been pain free. I simply cannot say enough good things about him, the hygienists and office staff at this practice. Exceptional in every way.

After not going to the dentist for longer than I’d like to admit, the staff was gracious, and so very kind. They were quick, efficient, and non judgmental. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for or needing dental work.

Dr. Spero is great. He explains the problem (if any), explains the options and does not recommend unnecessary treatments. The staff is just as wonderful. They are kind, friendly and very experienced.
