Atlantic Cardiology & Medical Specialists PA

Our first visit was Wednesday, we had no clue what to expect. We were greeted by Ashley who immediately welcomed us with a smile. I had several questions about the paperwork that she immediately answered. as she was helping another patient that handed her four different insurance cards. A third patient came in she checked them in as she figured out which of the four insurance cards was valid. I have never seen anyone multi task so quickly and efficient as Ashley. I don’t know what they pay her but it’s not enough. I have been in other doctor offices that had three receptionists and could not accomplish what Ashley did in minuets. She is truly amazing, kind and professional. I couldn’t wait to meet the other staff and Doctor Shamsin An all around great first visit. We were called back

Our second visit to Dr. Shamsin was for a Nuclear stress test that takes 4-5 hours, that had us stressed out already, spending your day in a doctors office. Then we met Martin "The stress buster" the technician who administered all the tests. Martin immediately made us feel comfortable and calmed our anxiety. He explained the tests and what to expect. We were not taken into a room and told someone will be with you soon (where you always wonder if they forgot you were in there) instead we were placed in a waiting room with other patients undergoing the same tests. We could see Martin constantly walking by as he was taking each patient for their next test, but when he stopped by to get the next patient he addressed us all to make sure we didn't need anything and knew we hadn't been forgo

I waited 1/2 hour to see him and Dr. SHamsin spent less than a minute and was impatient to answer my questios. He also did not take any notes and must have not read my primary dr. notes I had faxed to him because did not know was they said. His assistant put a heart defrib monitor on my shest that is not staying in place and continusly falling off. He is either too busy to take the time for my health or some other reason.

Dr Shamsin is phenomenal in the level of care he provides, his knowledge and his demeanor. All his technicians and support staff are exceptional, especially his front office manager who I would love to hire to run my own life since she is so on top of things. If you are lucky enough to need heart care, Dr Shamsin is the best provider.

Dr Ahmad Shamsin is my cardiologist and I wouldn't trade him for any other cardiologist hes got my Heart..lol As well as the staff they all are wonderful and so pleasant and the fact that they know your name just as you walk in is so welcoming Thank you all for helping my heart Beat Better
