Atlanta Plus Primary & Urgent Care Covington

During our last visit on Friday, we had the opportunity to experience a seamless walk-in appointment for urgent care regarding my son's finger, complete with an x-ray and diagnosis, but since his finger was deemed broken, we had to seek further expertise from an orthopedic doctor at a different location, and I couldn't help but wish that this service was available on site. The staff and doctor were exceptionally warm and helpful, taking the time to ask thoughtful questions, truly listen to their patients, and graciously allow us to share our concerns and questions. Also we didn’t have to wait long the staff was pretty fast love that don’t have to wait for a long period of time.

Staff was awesome! The provider was very attentive, kind, he has a beautiful bedside manner and took care of all of my complaints! He made sure I got out quick so I can still go to my job also! It’s nice to see a doctor who actually smiles and likes what he does for a living!

After my visit today I am very disappointed in the care of this office. I came in earlier this week and was told to come back if my symptoms got any worse within the next couple of days. When I returned the doctor tried to send me home with nothing after waiting an hour without even the simplest examination. He did not even look at my throat or ears. DR Kodjo Aziamadji was extremely dismissive and rushed through my appointment. He was in the room for maybe three minutes. I had to fight to be prescribed antibiotics for an infection that was obviously present.

I’ve visited this urgent care several times, and unfortunately my experiences with the doctor have been disappointing. Each visit feels rushed, and the doctor doesn’t check even the simplest things like my ears or other basic areas that should be part of an urgent care exam. I’m usually given the exact same medication and the same explanation every time, regardless of my symptoms. The doctor also seems distant and not very empathetic, which makes the visit feel even more impersonal. I leave feeling unheard and unsure if my concerns were fully evaluated. I hope to see improvements in patient care, attention to detail, and overall bedside manner. Seems all about the money. Will not be returning.

I came in to office very frustrated and they were so nice even if I was short. They let us come in and helped with big hearts and even helped us with the finances of it all. Definitely going back to see them when we have another urgent care appointment. Thank you for helping my daughter and being so nice on a very difficult day .
