I just left my new patient appointment and couldn’t have left with a better impression! The staff seem to really enjoy their jobs and coworkers and made me comfortable immediately. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold at every corner and feel that I got an honest evaluation of my oral health. Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist!

It was a cool, quick & a transparent experience when explaining the procedure before and after it was done. Between both doctors and the nurses the whole visit everything I can say smooth and would definitely make my primary dentistry. Including was easy to find as well.

I had a 2:00 PM appointment as a new patient and was called back immediately, which I appreciated. The office seemed organized and efficient. Unfortunately, my interaction with the dentist was disappointing. I have a temporary implant done by an out of town dentist and was looking for options for a permanent solution or at least treatment for the infection around it. She told me to return to the original dentist and said prescribing antibiotics wouldn’t matter because the infection would come back and wouldn’t work again if needed. I understand enough about antibiotic resistance to know that one course doesn’t automatically make future treatment ineffective, and there are antimicrobial rinses that have helped before but she didn’t bother to offer any other options. Needed a referral and X-ray for oral surgery! Came in at opening without appt. and staff was concise and friendly and able to fit me in. The owner came to the front to greet me and make sure I was able to find the new location easily. The two dental assistants in back were friendly as well. Love the new location and look. Congrats on the upgrades Dr. Cheng, Dr. Lui and Staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Atlanta Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. I usually dread X-rays because I have a small mouth and it can be really uncomfortable and painful, but the team here was so patient and careful with me. The dentist also took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel much more at ease. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a gentle and professional team!
