I have been a patient here for over 15 years. The wait time is always less than 10 minutes. The check-in and out procedures are very efficient. Both Dr. Wiel and Dr. Brown have provided excellent care.

Dr. Ellner is an amazing doctor; his care and kindness never cease to amaze me. Regarding his care team, they’re as well as wonderful as he is. They all are prompt to respond and help you to put your mind at ease when you’re having a dermatologic concern.

Overall, the clinic is wonderful—the staff is warm, the environment is welcoming, and my PA in particular was incredibly kind. But the interaction itself left me feeling a bit conflicted. It was so rushed that it almost felt like a fast-food experience: quick in, quick out, with very little time for meaningful discussion. The focus seemed to be on prescribing something right away rather than taking a moment to understand the full picture of what’s been happening with my skin. What really struck me is that if I hadn’t pushed to share everything I’ve tried over the past 20+ years, I don’t think that information would have been asked for at all. Dr Tamu Brown and her staff made me feel comfortable and seen, as usual. The facility was clean and when a doctor can just look at you and tell what you need, it's always a PLUS. And I really like that they've got samples of recommended products!😉
