Hi, I’m writing this while literally standing outside because I have never had a dispensary experience this frustrating and I’ve dealt with budtenders lying about products before. But this? This is by far the worst. You need a separate line for pick-ups. There is no reason I should be waiting almost 15 minutes behind someone asking about every possible product under the sun. That’s not my problem. I placed my order at noon for a reason. What is the point of offering a pick-up option if I still have to wait like I didn’t pre-order at all? It defeats the entire purpose. You wasted my time, I had to cancel my Uber, and now you’ve wasted my money too. And honestly? The least the budtender could’ve done was say sorry. On multiple occasions I arrived to pick up my order (that was confirmed ready to pickup) only to discover the price they advertised and confirmed was in fact false and tried to charge me more, or say they dont have that special available anymore. They do however offer me to pay a much higher price for the same product. This is the only place that continues to lie about product prices and gets away with it. Don't shop here unless you like being duped into false advertising.

Overpriced compared to other dispensaries, recently they've been running deals every day today (5/7/26) the website said $5 eighths, I show up and I'm told it's 13.50 and they can't change the floor price without a manager🤣 this place has been trying to be better recently and failing miserably , this is one of MANY times they've messed up my order etc., they gave up and don't even respond to reviews anymore , sad

I'd give it zero stars if I could worst dispensery in the area! List of discounts at the desk but they cant figure out how to input it into the system like who is training these people... you get 1 point for every 20$ you spend the hole place is a joke don't waist your time! AMP is way better!
