Very frustrating experience here. My wife went in for food sensitivity/allergy testing. They would only test for environmental factors and explained that food has nothing to do with her symptoms (contrary to a great number of research studies). When the environmental test came up negative, they wanted to prescribe something to treat symptoms rather than find the root of the problem. We think it is odd that they would not test for things when a test could at least give more information – they would rather just prescribe stuff. Probably incentivized by the pharmaceutical industry. A few weeks later and my wife got a food sensitivity test from another clinic, which showed incredibly high sensitivity to dairy and eggs. I was specifically referred to this clinic and asked for food allergy testing and the doctor I met with did not listen to my concerns and only tested me for environmental allergens. When he saw I wasn’t allergic to environmental allergens so that couldn’t be the cause of my eczema, I asked if I could be food allergy tested to see if that could be linked to my eczema flare ups. He lectured me that I was wrong and that food has nothing to do with inflammation or eczema. I felt belittled and unheard. All he wanted to do was prescribe me a topical cream and get me out of his office when I wanted to figure out what has been flaring up my eczema. I went in to start allergy treatment for my severe allergies. They were very thorough in assessment of my allergies and even found a few I didn't know about. They listen to my concerns and are always kind and friendly. My sons go with me to most of my appointments and they are always welcome here. We decided that immune therapy would be the best course of action. I go in once a week for my allergy shots and even though it's only my first year I've seen improvements in my allergies already! I did the rush and while it was intense it was definitely worth it as my allergies this year have been manageable and I can even go out side and enjoy the days. Very helpful, and everyone was so nice to my little boy. He was seen for asthma and allergies. We had more difficulties pop up after being seen and they were so helpful and considerate trying to help him feel better. Dr. Clark is awesome and very thorough, which I really appreciate. He even played catch with my son during the visit when he couldn’t hold still. I highly recommend this office.

I am a veteran taking part in the Vet Choice set up for those veterans too far away from their current VA to get local assistance under VA coverage. I liked the doctor. I liked the services provided. What I did not like is that they signed up for a program and did not read the instructions on what they will do while in participation. I made many calls trying to figure out why I could not fill a medication at a local pharmacy. I found that the medication I was using is not one that could be filled through the VA. I am upset at how very uneducated in the program the office is and how much problems I went though to find out information for the doctor that should have already been common knowledge. Other than that it is a great place to go where they know what they are doing in regards to figh
