Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain why I was having my allergic reactions. The office and nurse were very nice and welcoming. 100% recommend it!

The wait time for shots is very short here compared to other locations. My only problem is their opening hours 9-4.30 for shots Monday to Thursday so for school aged kids like my son it’s nearly impossible to get his shots. He has to be tardy at school once a week to be able to get his shot. They should have at least one day a week where they open later or earlier in the morning. Also closed for lunch 12.30-2 so basically they’re open 24 hours a week. If you don’t have normal working or school hours that might work but for most people it doesn’t.

It would be very nice for the receptionist to acknowledge when you walk in to return the greeting when you say good morning or have a great day. It’s common courtesy.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Waxenghiser to complete an allergy test and he was great. He is very kind and very informative.
