Best doctor office ever. We finally found a Doctor that find the root of my mom severe asthma and give her right treatment work best for her. We are happy because my mom feels better now. Doctor is Kind and good listener. Yashira the nurse is Amazing, kind, patience and knowledgeable in her work. And we miss Sonya the front desk lady she is fast and know everyone comes to the office. We love to go to Imtiaz doctor office we feel like family.

This office is extremely disorganized for allergy shots. This is the second time I’ve been turned away because they didn’t have my shots made. For weekly shots this is not acceptable. Today they first said they were behind today on making shots. Then couldn’t answer why they didn’t make them a week ago after I came in. They also just left me sitting for half an hour without saying anything. Then when approached they told me I could come back later. There is no respect for the patients time or schedule.

It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. I made a payment this morning and my card now has additional charges I didn’t authorize. 3 allergy doctors, Pulmonologists, ENT and Chatgbt finally gives me some reasonable insight besides give me a bunch of medicine that doesnt work. I asked, why does my son cough as a first sign for a cold? -In some kids, instead of a runny nose, the mucus drips down the back of the throat before you ever see a runny nose — and this triggers a cough reflex. -Underdeveloped Sinus Drainage •Young children have immature sinuses and drainage patterns, so mucus is less likely to “flow out” as a runny nose early on. •Instead, it backs up and drips internally, again triggering coughing first.
