Nice people, but incorrectly ran insurance benefits prior to appointment, which led to an extended appointment in order to try to figure things out. Clinician commented that she was running late to her following appointment despite the fact that we had not been fully evaluated, making it seemed very rushed. Then, took less than 30 seconds to look at my daughter’s records, which indicated that she was to be evaluated for two separate hearing aid options, one of which wasn’t sold at this location. Clinician would not have known this but for my wife and I pointing this out to her. Would not recommend.

I originally called over 4 weeks ago to find out if this company is in the insurance network for Ambetter Superior Health Plans. I finally got in touch with someone on the second call and asked them my question. I was informed she (the woman answering the phone) would have to ask the doctor (Catherine Davis) that question and that they would call me back after an hour or two. Nearly 4 hours later I called again with no determination yet, and again was told they (Associates of Audiology) would call me back. Again no response. I've since called 3 more times and left messages with no return call. Their voice massage states, "your message is very important to us...." OBVIOUSLY, I guess it's not important enough to return a call! I'm beginning to think if this is how a clinic handles it's

Great experience. Easy to schedule an appointment. Easy to locate and park. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
