The providers Alma and Kim are both professional and helpful once you’re in a room with them but forget about any support outside of an office visit. Getting in touch with this office is near impossible. All extensions on their phone line go to an answering machine and I have not once received a call back when I leave a message in the 5+ years I’ve been a patient. The portal is nice to have but what happened to calling and talking to a human with any questions our family may have? Every time I’ve needed a prescription refill from them, it’s a huge production, with several attempts to contact them by myself and by the pharmacy, and I almost always end up having to go in-person to their office to ask for my meds.

Alma is just the best. My primary care doctor left the area and this practice was recommended by someone I respect. The portal is a great tool, and Alma is very responsive.

I've been very happy with the level of care I've received from Alma. She responds to me timely and has been very helpful and understanding of my health concerns. The staff are very nice and welcoming too!

I have been in Vermont over 15 years, and have never found the expertise and communication, as well as the compassion and follow through that I have consistently found with this staff. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. Thankful for great health-care.

I think that for a doctors office they not only lack knowledge but they also lack compassion. When you go to them for something serious and they shrug it off, that is ridiculous. This is why people get so sick and don’t have time to do something before it’s untreatable. Especially when someone comes to you , who normally avoids doctors at all costs, because they are in so much pain and bleeding. Not looking for pain meds , just a solution. To minimize it and to be sent home with no regard, because it’s a weekend and no follow up for over a eleven days is ludicrous!
