I'm not one to write a review, but I felt that it was necessary as so many people have had terrible experiences here. I wanted to set the record straight. These people are phenomenal. Every receptionist I've come into contact with is a delightful human and they are always so excited to see me whenever I have an appointment. I am always early or on time for my appointments and I have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes before being seen by a nurse or doctor. I am pregnant with my first child and I have been blown away by the care and attentiveness I've received from all of these professionals. The doctors are amazing and the nurses are comforting and helpful. I've gotten lots of blood work done and every time the results are available to me WAY before the allotted time. I was having so

I went in for an ultrasound last week for 9:15. The ultrasound tech didn’t show up until almost 10am so I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour with my 4 year old son. On top of that, they found something on my ovary and instead of addressing it right away, they wanted to wait it out despite how much agonizing pain I was in. I got a second opinion from another practice and he scheduled me for surgery for the next day. I’m much happier with my new doctor and am happy he is fixing my issue instead of putting me on bedrest with painkillers.

I've been going to AWHS since January 2009. I've had 4 babies under their care. I've always recieved quick, excellent care. Of course there were times I had waited past my appointment time, however I do understand emergencies happen. I myself have called in for emergency appointments where they squeeze me in. I imagine my emergencies have probably caused others to end up waiting for their appointment. People will complain about waiting and will complain if they are told the office is too booked for their emergency. Can't make everyone happy I suppose.

My girlfriend goes here, they are god awful. They're entirely too busy for what they can handle. Thus, being that there are so many patients, they really don't care about you. We had an emergency and they couldnt even be bothered. I ended out taking a trip to the hospital. Today, we follow up with this office again. We're told a nurse will contact us. The nurse never did. Unprofessional, and too many clients to the point they cant even handle.

I had my daughter at this practice 3 years ago. I really liked all the doctors, nurses, and ultrasound techs I came in contact with. Receptionists were a little touch and go though. The wait was sometimes long but I found that to sadly, be expected with most OBGYNs.
