Dr Pakzad’s nursing/assistant team has struggled for several yrs! I have had a few others I know who see him say the same thing. I also had requested a refill on a medication that I have been on previously but had expired to be renewed as I had made a yearly appointment and the girl taking his calls said this wasn’t possible and that I needed 2 appointments. I have been on this med off and on for several yrs so it’s not new to me. Great way to get more money when I already had an appointment. I asked for this request to be posed to Dr Pakzad and if there was an issue to please have him call me. Pakzad passed this request off as I figured he would….The nurse manager, Shannon left a message last week to follow up and I haven’t had a moment to return her call. She called again today and did

I was very happy with the care I received here. They were friendly and quick. I was early to my appointment and actually left before my original appointment time. They made me feel very comfortable and got everything I needed taken care of.

I went in for Rosacea and cherry Angiomas. The Rosacea is still the same. So I called and asked about it. They said we'll you need at least 3 treatments. Nobody told me that! The treatment is elective and expensive. I can only afford the one treatment. I wish they'd have told me that ahead of time.

These people are committing highway robbery. My appointment was for 11:20 and they had me out the door by 11:28. I've never felt less cared for or rushed in a doctor's office in my life. The doctor's assistant who was supposed to provide further instructions for me legitimately said "I'm sorry I wasn't listening what did she [the doctor] say?" I won't be returning.

Great staff and doctors. The doctor is very thorough and is always willing to answer any questions. The front desk staff were very friendly.
