I had surgery with this office a few months ago and it went great all the post op visits were included with the surgery and I have had a few other treatments as well with the office everyone is kind and respectful and very helpful since I have been going here

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. waited an hour and a half to be seen by the person that takes you into the room ... and still didn't see a doctor. Would of had to kept waiting to see the doctor. Only God knows what time I would of actually went home had I waited. And then the young girl in the front with the short black hair had the audacity to tell me "next time show up earlier to your appointment." Meanwhile I showed up 20 minutes before. How much earlier do I need to get there to explain that, at the time of ny appointment I still had 7 people ahead of me. Can you believe it?? 7 people ?!!. Only reason this place gets a 1 star is for the sweet nurse in the back who actually felt really bad for the situation and got me another appt in a few days where I "won't have to wait". So we'll see.

I've had 2 acl repairs there. Great doctors - knowledgeable personable and skilled. Front office is the pits though! They're slow, they aren't focused on providing good service and they are inefficient.

Lots of people need these guys. Worth the wait. Very busy office because doctors are good! Everyone was very nice. : )

I really satisfy with my overall experience with the Associated Orthopaedics in Union, New Jersey.
