Insufferable. Paid thousands dollars to fix a minor diastema just for Dr Mary Beth Brandt to tell me after all treatment that I was a “case 3 and my teeth were not going to close.” So she recommended me spend thousands more on more retainers that she said would close the gap. So I pay more money (also thought the extra trays would be discounted or something after the errors made) to them and then guess what. I do all of the retainers and still nothings changed. I tell her I’m very frustrated and she could care less she got my money it’s all they care about. I try to not pay the last 300$ for the final retainer after handing her thousands to fix my teeth and failing and they send me bills and phone calls every other day. Mind you I had her before and she fixed my teeth so not sure what the

There is one nurse doesn't have a good skill, will pull your braces very hard and makes you very painful. What makes it worse, she like singing songs while she is working. Imaging you are suffering pain when she pulling your tooth and she is singing songs right by your side, how dose that feel? Ever since I paid off my payment, they stop to calling me to remand me my appointments, It happened multiple times. They won't call you to check back or reschedule with you over a month until you realize it has really been a long time since your last appointment and call them to reschedule an appointment. Again, what makes it worse? When you called ask them why they didn't remind you? They blame you forget your appointment, it's fully your responsibility. Nothing to do with them. How dose this fee

Dr. Brandt treated me from May 2008 until August 2010. During that time, I saw her once a month for adjustments to my braces to make my smile what I always wanted to be. She is absolutely fantastic! Her plan was pretty straight forward and there were no hidden surprises. The entire office staff is awesome. It was always a treat to see them and be able to find out what's new with them over the course of a month. Since having my braces removed, I have been back to visit them twice. Both times have been for adjustments to my retainer. Even though it may be 2 years now between visit, they remember my face and even my likes and dislike. I highly recommend Dr. Brandt for anyone needing orthodontic work done, minor and severe!!

If I could give this place a million stars I would. We are traveling from NC and I broke a bracket, and had a pretty thick wire sticking me in my cheek. I called this office and Karen told me to come right on in and get it taken care of! Now that’s what you call compassion and service. I am forever grateful for her getting me in, and saving me from a weekend of pain. Super impressed.

They are good at what they do and are very efficient to boot.
