I normally avoid the dentist at all cost, but I was overdue for a cleaning and was treated by Dr. Trinh. She is new to this location and was absolutely incredible. She was incredibly patient and kind with a scaredy cat like me. I trust and recommend her to all my family and friends.

Took a three-year break because I wasn't too convinced of their last services. Have done maintenance since then and was told I was fine and to monitor a couple of teeth. So, I decided to try this place again due to it being close to me and now that the name has changed. The gum exam was the most aggressive I've ever experienced and the dentist was way too over the top and acted like a salesperson that had already secured the job. She was brash, of way too over-confident personality, and heavy handed. It was at that moment I knew she was not going to be my dentist. The finance lady applied insult to injury by saying that it shouldn't hurt if the gums are healthy. No ma'am... I had 1 filling 4 years ago and paid in full at checkout. The place was marginally clean and seemed pretty second rate but it was close and on my dental plan. I never went back and never heard anything else from them about follow-ups or whatever. I received an invoice today from them for $145.00 showing it was 90 days past due. What a scam! Are you kidding? They make up an invoice with the charges from 4 years ago, say you didn't pay, and send a fake bill. I have forwarded this information to Channel 2 scam business to research and let everyone know what Southern Dental, the owner, is trying to do to naive past customers. Don't trust these people. Who knows what shortcuts they are doing with your teeth.

Dr. Trinh is great to work with. She’s knowledgeable, easygoing, and really pays attention to what you need. She made the whole visit feel way less stressful than I expected. If you get the chance to book with her, do it.
