Aspire Allergy & Sinus

I recently had a sinus and allergy appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me. The lead medical assistant was also very friendly and attentive, Making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They provided thorough explanations and created a treatment plan that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated their professionalism and genuine care for my well-being.I’m grateful for the support and continuous help they offer. Overall, this appointment exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking help with sinus and allergy issues!

My son has been going through OIT with this team for 6 months and they are truly incredible. They welcome him every week, cheer him on, and know exactly how to make our visits happy for him. Had an appointment this morning at 7 am. Email stated arrive at 6:45 am. When I arrived at 6:45 am, lights were off and door was locked. No problem, things happen. As I am turning, I see two ladies arriving. I sit down to give them time to get in the office and put their things down. Now when they passed by me, no acknowledgment. I’m fine with that, but when I walked into the office, no acknowledgment. No we will be right with you, no good morning, nothing. I sat there and listened to them talk about their personal business. Still no acknowledgment. After about 5 minutes, I left the office. After getting in my car, I get a call asking if I was coming back for my appointment. I said, you all never even acknowledge my presence and you want to know if I am coming back! She says, well we were

I’ve visited other Aspire locations in the past, but I’m glad this is where I ended up after moving. I felt listened to and got a solid plan for my symptoms. Highly recommend Aspire, especially this Plano location.

I researched this procedure (immunoplasty)and was excited to try to get relief. I knew it wasn't covered by insurance. In my research I saw some testing was covered. At appt I was told testing would be $300. I didn't get full test so they told me it would be $200. I paid that and the full amt for the treatments. Then I get a bill for another $900. So they really charge $1100 for a skin test + another $400 for "nasal endoscopy"- they looked in my nose. I am furious. If I had known up front the cost I would have reconsidered. And after 3 months I don't feel any better. I work at a hospital and I know what endoscopy entails. What I received was a glance at my nasal passages with a light. Same as my family doctor does during an exam. Definitely not a procedure or diagnostic. I w
