Aspire Allergy & Sinus

Edit: I was contacted by Aspire and they were very helpful in getting me the information needed to resolve this going forward. Beyond this interaction my experience here has been great. Putting my rating at 4 from 2 to reflect this resolution. Incident referenced: Despite years of going to this clinic for immunization therapy shots, after the interaction I had with a provider on 2/25/2026 at this location I will likely not be returning when they are on staff and likely finding another solution altogether. This location has been struggling with a number of issues which are understandable for a clinic going through relocation changes along with staffing changes as well, but my line is at getting talked down to by the provider who didn't even bother looking at my patient chart before going

Good service but unclear billing practices and the billing department is very unhelpful with questions. Prices on allergy tests are jacked up for insured clients so it appears as if your insurance is doing something useful by giving you a "discount", although I can't really fault them in particular for doing this since most health services do the same. Their billing portal times you out after 60 seconds, so don't look away!

How am I supposed to ever get my allergy shots when you are only open for 4 hours 1 day a week. I work in Healthcare. I moved here from Dallas and never had this problem with your company. I even had my vials transferred up here and since moving here, I have been unable to get my allergy shots because you all are NEVER open. I moved here in October.

The shots are working for me, however, it's impossible to talk to a real person if you need any help or have questions. I have been trying to speak to a nurse for weeks now. I have left several messages and waited several hours on hold, only to be transfered to a voicemail after waiting. I never receive a call back. I tried "saving my place in cue to get a callback", that doesn't work either. The only way to contact anyone would be to go to the office in person but I live too far away to do that currently. Also, I was forced to stay 30 minutes after even after I signed a waiver that says I could leave early. I do not have any allergies that cause anaphylaxis and I was percribed an epi pen that I take with me to every appointment so it's ridiculous that I would need to stay. The doctor said

My doctor was so incredibly knowledgeable about my immunity and allergy symptoms. She understood exactly what I was saying and thoroughly explained things to me that I wasn’t aware of. She was the best doctor I’ve seen in a long time!
