I had a truly amazing experience from beginning to end with this practice. I brought my infant son in for FPIES. The front office was great and easy to work with. The medical assistant was kind and patient. Dr. Shankar was great!! He explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient.

It was the most amazing experience ever! The provider, Erika Mullen, listened throughly to my son’s concerns and answered each and every one of our questions. Not only did she provide the next steps of his “Allergy Journey”, she even let him provide input on what procedure he felt most comfortable proceeding with. 🥹 I’m looking forward to his next visit and am going to also look into becoming a patient here myself as well!!

I have really struggled with the billing department. For my first two appointments in July, I was informed by the receptionist/medical assistant that I would need to make a payments toward my deductible that totaled to $300.00. After speaking with my insurance, I was informed that the total amount billed was never reported to my insurance company nor applied to me deductible. My insurance company also informed me that the payments collected by Aspire from me, were not necessary because my insurance was billed for the total amount. My insurance company stated that they have an agreed amount which the insurance was 100% responsible for, and that Aspire over charged me. Dedicated, caring, professional staff and prompt treatment. Every visit has been very detailed and educational. I had several opportunities to ask questions with the provider. Everyone from the front desk, medical assistants and provider are providing excellent care.
