Aspen Dental - Winchester, VA

Had an excellent first visit! Zoe my Dental Assistant was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, she was great to talk to and made all the new patient stuff super easy and fast! I also meet with Cass and she was great as well, she was great at explaining the items that she found and made it easy to understand. My dentist Dr. Maldonado was also great! (LOL the whole team really was amazing) after she looked over everything from the x rays, imagining and also her exam, she walked me through everything she found along with the the treatment needed for each item. The whole team really did a great job, form the front desk to the Dentist.

I had an excellent experience during my dental examination. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Tima, the dental assistant, was kind and efficient, making sure I felt comfortable right away. Jackie, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Marc was extremely knowledgeable and patient, clearly explaining my exam findings and answering all of my questions without rushing. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran very efficiently. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in my dental care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental services.

My experience with this dental office was beyond exceptional. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, But she was very professional and very kind. Also, I dealt with a young lady named Bailey. She was very kind, very professional, and I was very comforted. I felt like I was talking to a friend she told me my experience Was gonna be a good one. She Didn’t disappoint. When I left there, I felt like I had to give Bailey a hug because I felt like I was talking to a friend. Doctor MARC was also great and his assistant TIMA was wonderful as well. Again, the one who stood out the most was a young lady named Bailey She was awesome thank you Bailey

Very nice staff but I absolutely would not recommend getting a wisdom teeth removal from here. They have a traveling surgeon that comes for a week out of every month and they completely overbook. My appointment was at 2 pm and I didn’t make it back until 4 pm. Sat back there for another 30 mins with the IV in my arm before the surgeon even came back. Mind you, you can’t eat before so by the time this was over it was well past dinner time and I hadn’t eaten since 7 AM. They did not send me home with an ice headband either. If I could do it over I absolutely would wait to get into a regular oral surgeon to have avoided all of this!!

How do I express my gratitude for the young lady Zoey I met you three years ago and you tried your best and you put everything into your work today I have to say it definitely paid off sweetie thank you for being gentle with me. I also have to say everyone was amazing especially the finance lady. Thank you everyone 💓 LOVE SHARON ❤️
