Aspen Dental - West York, PA

I called this location because I was not satisfied with a previous dental office. Not only did I get a next day appointment, I received my extraction and bridge in one appointment! The entire staff was very welcoming and very helpful. I was able to have all issues addressed and finance my treatment. I am BEYOND satisfied and will recommend this establishment to everyone.

The visit seemed ok. I had xrays and a quick mouth check by the dentist confirming what I already knew. I was then provided roughly a $3000 estimate for a single extraction, a single filling and a deep cleaning. I was taken aback by that. With my insurance, the price was adjusted to $1400. But I will still have to finance my dental experience.

My experience at this aspen dental location was wonderful. The welcoming feeling that is given by all staff was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable, instantly. Ashley and Amanda were awesome and relatable , the truely made the difference….love them ! and Dr Williams , midelina , and the wonderful hygienist Becca displayed a high level of knowledge which provided me reassurance in knowing that I was receiving the best care! Thank you all! And stefanie was great as well!!! Can’t forget about her politeness and reassurance was appreciated!

I had a great experience yesterday. All the staff were professional and kind. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but the staff and doctor made me feel at ease. Dr. Williams was professional, kind, and thoroughly examined my teeth, mouth, and throat, and explained the condition of all. I look forward to returning to Aspen Dental in West York for all my maintenance and other services.

The staff aside from the dentist are nice. He is very unprofessional I paid 5,000 dollars for and implant and whatever they did my bite is now screwed up. I can not chew any food or anything. I went in for an adjustment and the dentist acted like it wasy fault he couldn't get it right. He eventually walked away and did not ask me if it felt any better or anything. They then just sent me out with Thanksgiving 2 days away. A holiday that people look forward to eating on and I now can't eat anything. Who is suppose to fix the issue after all the money I already paid. I'll never let him touch my teeth again. I would have been better off just missing a tooth then letting him do this stupid implant. 10/10 don't recommend Dr. Williams
