Everyone there is truly amazing! They are all friendly, professional and patient and will thoroughly explain everything to you. I love how they show a personal interest in you as well. Truly amazing environment. And I’m loving the results of my teeth so far! Thank you Dr Alvarez and team!!!

I'm new to Brevard County. My appointment was at Aspen Dental off of Lake Andrew Drive. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone took good care of me. Pictures taken without discomfort. And plan of care was explained in a manner that I understood. The billing department sat with me and walked me through the cost and insurance coverage. Future appointments scheduled before you walk out of the office. Thank you Aspen Dental. Dr. Alvarez and dental hygienist Jose are very knowledgeable. Looking forward to continuing care with Dr. Alvarez.

The people who took care of me were very courteous. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was told I needed a lot of work done on my teeth. Because of my age and not having the funds to get all done I am getting a second opinion to make sure all the work suggested is necessary. To tell you the truth I think what I was told is overkill. After I get a second opinion I will proceed with what is needed.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, the assistant was great, the hygienist was very informative and explained everything to me. The Dr. was also very informative and patient with me. But the shout out goes to the women in the front office who are so very helpful and understanding to all that was happening to me. Looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Aspen

Jose is absolutely PHENOMENAL when it comes to putting someone at ease and working as a team with his patients when they cope with adhd and anxiety. I had my headphone in one ear listening to a podcast and we just worked through it. Every single one of the front desk agents are bubbly and bright and are also an immediate ease upon walking in, from check in to check out the entire process is as painless as it could possibly be; if there is any aspen dental office I would recommend, it's absolutely this one!
