They were very friendly...the best ! Also to my surprise they got me financed !! Can't wait to get my teeth fixed! Never will I go any where else !! ( also a new girl ( forgot her name 🤷‍♀️sorry she was training , but the sweetest girl I met and let's you know every step she's making and doing!! They explain in detail everything they are doing and what needs to be done! All out great experience! Love Aspen Dental !

I really enjoyed my time there. My hygienist Shawna was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and gave great tips on how to take care of my teeth. I enjoyed the laughs as well. Thank you for a great experience, especially with me being a new patient. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental work.

The wait time was longer than expected. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and friendly. The hygienist, Ms. Sylvia was concerned and thorough. The dentist, Dr. Young was caring and asked me several times if I was happy with the planning schedule. I have enclosed a diagram of periodontal pocket lengths. Floss with the string and avoid the floss pics.

Shawna has great patient care and relationship. She is very patient and makes customer feel supported throughout the process. The level of care and concern for ensuring that the treatment plans are understood and carried out appropriately is consistent. The dentist and entire crew offers VIP status due to my anxiety so I am forever grateful. Loving my smile!!!

I never have a pleasant experience here. The new dentist they have was kind, but I only spoke with her for about 8 mins max. They try to scam you out of money by recommending other treatments than what you’ve asked for and will tell you you cannot deny the treatment. Folks in the waiting room were waiting for at-least two hours yesterday. This has always been an Aspen issue. I’ve been here a time before to get my fillings fixed and my wisdom teeth taken out. BOTH times I’ve had issues with their admin and their attitudes. Third time was a charm for me to make sure I never reschedule with them again. It’s too bad.
