Aspen Dental - Tuscaloosa, AL

I had the best experience at Aspen. The staff was very professional, patient, and friendly. Becky (xray), I absolutely loved her. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. Leslie (insurance)was top tier. I’ve had my share of dental offices and procedures but she exceeded expectations and was very good being people oriented. She help me retrieve my insurance information whilst I struggled to locate the provider and insurance card. Amy (financing/treatment plan) allowed me to explore my options and gave me a quote that was affordable for me. One thing I always find admirable and that’s how people treat people.

This is to edit my review on Aspen Dental. I'm not changing my star count because this should have never happened. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and that's the reason for this edit. Brittany, Sara, and Millie were exceptional helping my daughter when low and behold not long after I posted my review she miraculously got an appointment for the next morning as soon as they opened. I told my daughter I wanted names of the ones she dealt with. So thank you Brittany, Sara, and Millie for being great people. It's greatly appreciated. I took my older daughter here to get dentures. The ones she got were really thin but we accepted them because they fit well. She had them for a few months and the bottom ones cracked. We made a call and they got her in fast. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic last month. I get very nervous at the dentist and was treated very kindly. Everything was explained to me in an easy to understand way, and I felt like they were super honest with the cost and did not try to upsell me or charge me more than was necessary. Thank you especially to Millie and Dr. Nealon. The lady at the front desk was very nice as well but I didn't catch her name! I will definitely be visiting again.

I went in maybe a month ago for my first checkup in years, was told I needed fillings and a root canal, which I knew I did prior, yesterday I had the root canal done and it couldnt have gone better in my opinion, felt zero pain, was done very quickly (maybe 25-30 mins for the actual procedure) they were very informative on the care process and I have felt almost no pain since the procedure with very delicate care. Only thing I had an issue with was I was asked to come in and hour and a half early and they didnt get me into a room untill my original appointment time, outside of that, amazing experience, very professional and helpful in the whole process.

I have had a wonderful experience with everyone that has helped me with my appointment. From the friendly staff at check in, the person that took my X-rays, both hygienists I talked to today, the person who processed my insurance and payment (Amy), and the dentist. Everyone has been friendly, provided detailed education on why my teeth were in the condition they are in, what they were going to do to correct it, and how to prevent future damage. I was nervous at the beginning of my visit, but everyone has been wonderful. I am looking forward to returning in the future.
