Aspen Dental - Spring Hill, FL

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve never went to a dentist as a new patient and 1. Been there for almost 2 hours and had no work done, not even a cleaning and 2. Left crying when like I said I didn’t even get any work done. I understand some patient may take up more time than expected, however, no one should wait an hour to be seen when you state you offer emergency dental visits. Obviously your structure and staff isn’t cut out to accommodate new patients or same days. Mind you I had this appointment for 2 weeks but the front desk said the call center added people? I’ll never go back and anyone who ever asks me about my opinion I’ll advise them to never go. The dental hygienist spent more time selling me on extra services and then berating me about gum health than anyone spent talking

Aspen never made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. As someone who avoided the dentist because of past experiences, they made me feel comfortable and actually wanting to go back. I ended up getting multiple extractions and full dentures. Everyone from the dentist, to the techs and the office staff were professional, helpful and encouraging. I cannot understand how some places can advertise dentures in 24 hours when my journey took 6 months from beginning to end with complete healing and dentures that fit great.

On jan 16 2026 I went in for a cleaning and also a procedure called hydroxyapatite. This was not covered by my insurance and that was fine, I paid it in full out of pocket right there in the office and got a receipt showing I paid it in full. I then get a letter in the mail showing a bill with an amount due with a additional amount. I called the billing department and they said they have no record of me paying any amount on that date. Aspen seems to think people don't keep their receipts because I had the receipt showing I paid that amount along with the amount showing coming out on my bank statement. The staff at this location (Dr.Youseff, Farida, Danielle, Marissa, and Cheyenne) are the friendliest staff and such a joy to deal with. I recently had to go in for a crown and I was well taken care of. The doctor and staff were very patient with me and my sensitivity and nerves. But I was able to relax and get my crown with no issues. Thank you all for providing excellent care.

The in-office experience was very positive, and the staff I met with were kind and professional. Unfortunately, follow-up communication has been extremely difficult. Since my visit, I have been unable to reach anyone directly. Calls lead to voicemail loops or a call center with no resolution. I was promised an itemized statement for my Flexible Spending Account over two weeks ago and have still not received it. At this point, I only have the option to leave additional voicemails with no response. I appreciate the quality of care in person, but the lack of follow-up communication has been disappointing and has created unnecessary frustration.
