Aspen Dental - Somersworth, NH

I went to Aspen today for a crown that came off and a consultation on partial dentures. It was very easy to get an appointment and it was within the same week that I called. I knew that I needed a lot of work done in my mouth, but I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and the ease of finding a financial plan that works for me. Everyone in the office was pleasant to work with, but I do have some constructive criticism. The dentist didn't introduce himself to me, and that is something I think he should do with future new patients. Robin, the Operational Manager, was great. She's very empathetic and made me feel at ease with my treatment plan. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental needs.

I had a truly great experience here! After dealing with some issues with my gums and a tooth, I came in and was treated with so much kindness and care. Every professional I interacted with was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I was nervous about being judged for the condition of my teeth and gums, but I was reassured every step of the way, which meant so much to me. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Heather, the dental hygienist who helped me. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and she was so friendly and fun to talk to. This place is an ultimate scam. Every time my father did anything they charge $50+ and then have the audacity to send another bill in the mail for 100+ after confirming WITH THEM that we have PAID everything. DO NOT go there, the first year they are pretty nice BUT after the one year they THINK we won’t leave or something and start SCAMMING.

On time and expected duration. Excellent briefing and progress during the procedure. This was a totally pain-free, uneventful, stress free and boring root canal. Sal and Dr Ashley are a great team. They are good listeners.
