Even though I had all my teeth extracted, they were able to get it done within a week after making the initial appointment. It’s been over 24 hours, and I am in little to no pain. Thanks to everyone for helping me get rid of all the pain that was to come. Now begins the healing process for a better, and healthier life. Thank you again.

this was my first visit to Aspen. I'm 74 yrs old have all my teeth, ! crown and a few fillings. I.ve been going to a dentist every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. I've had several dentists over the years and have never been told that it would be a waste of my time to have my teeth cleaned without having a $ 1,600 procedure. I wanted to schedule a cleaning while I considered having this procedure. But Aspen would not schedule a cleaning without having this procedure done first. This I don't understand. They are losing money by refusing this service. I'm partially bald, it would be like me going to a new Barber to get my hair cut and being told he wouldn't cut my hair without having several scalp treatments first. VERY CONCERNING experience with Dentist Steven Plouffe and the check-out staff at Aspen Dental. My mom visited this office for the FIRST TIME for a routine dental checkup. During the exam, the dentist said HER TEETH LOOKED GOOD and there were NO CAVITIES OR ISSUES. However, at the end of the visit they recommended a DEEP CLEANING. We initially agreed because we assumed it was similar to a normal cleaning. At checkout we were then presented with a $3,900 ESTIMATE, which was shocking. When we asked if my mom could instead get a REGULAR CLEANING, the CHECK-OUT STAFF HAD A VERY PUSHY ATTITUDE and insisted she MUST DO DEEP CLEANING because she supposedly had PERIODONTITIS. This was confusing because: * The dentist NEVER mentioned periodontitis during the exam * NO periodontal probing measur

Very quick to be called back. Receptionists were so respectful and helpful. Only issue I had would’ve been how rude one of the nurses was when I’d been trying to fill out paperwork. She began snatching things from me and rushing me.
