I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. All of them were extremely courteous and explained all procedures and services in a clear manner. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to previous negative experiences but finding this office and their services has put me at ease. I am so pleased that I have taken my mother there for services as well and just like me, she is very satisfied with their demeanor and friendly attitude. I would recommend their services if you're looking for a great dentist and one who listens to you!

After more than 5 years of avoiding the dentist, I was honestly nervous walking in, but this office completely changed my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with so much kindness, patience, and respect. Every single person made me feel comfortable, never judged, and truly listened to every concern I had. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt safe and heard the entire visit. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients, not just their teeth. The environment is welcoming, calm, and professional, which made a huge difference for someone who hadn’t been in so long. "We never guaranteed satisfaction" After spending $800+ on a denture realignment that is what they told us and are still billing her for adjustments after the realignment. What's even more disgusting is her dentures are WORSE than before she had then re aligned. So she goes in for help they take her money, bill her more and we don't care that you're not happy with the shoddy work. Sounds like a great place. DR. FABRIZIO AMADOR HEATHROW DENTISTRY IS THE PLACE TO GO. HE CARES ABOUT QUALITY. NOT ALWAYS ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. WATCH FOR THE OVERPRICED ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSHES TOO!!
