Aspen Dental - San Angelo, TX

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM and was still sitting in the waiting room at 3:00 PM without being seen. No updates, no explanation, and no effort to communicate how much longer the wait would be. I understand that medical offices can run behind sometimes, but waiting over an hour past the scheduled appointment with zero communication is unacceptable and disrespectful to patients’ time. I eventually had to leave without being treated. If you value punctual appointments or basic communication, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The staff here made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed about my teeth. The hygienist Taylor was awesome. Dr. Patton and Ridley were efficient and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing dental care

I had to get a tooth pulled. The Lady Dentist was able to pull it that day. (New patient) MORE importantly, I did not have enough to pay the whole bill but promised to pay at end of day. They trusted me. I ended up borrowing from a friend so paid in full before I left. But the fact that they trusted me to come back meant a lot! I've had no issues with the missing tooth. I recommend!! I have had a great experience across the board at the Aspen Dental San Angelo! At every level, from the xray techs to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone has been real professional, friendly, and personable. It makes going to the dentist easy and not traumatic. Kudos to the San Angelo team for a job well done!

very friendly, helpful staff. I has a very "simple fix" according to the dentist (I saw her for about 15 seconds) . It would have been much better if it could've been fixed while I was there instead of waiting for another appt 6 days later. it would've taken less time overall, for me & the office, to fix it while I was already there
