Dr H was wonderful. They were not doing what I asked. Had a lot of visits. N still not right One person I felt one girl rushed me out so I had no complaints I felt. The technician was great Was over 2 weeks for a one week procedure I was told. I felt I was put on the back burner. I also told them so Return this week. Let’s see what this entails

Everyone was so nice to my Mom! She needed new dentures for which she had gotten in another place and had a bad experience. The Lab technician, Luary Gonzalez, made sure to meet with Mom and heard her needs and wants and made sure to provide the best fitting. Mom was super pleased.

I previously had a bad experience at the dentist and it was extremely difficult for me to go back, but it was imperative that I went. From the time I walked in the team made me feel very comfortable even though I was very nervous about being there. Dr. Hemelberg was patient and kind and took the time to ask if I had any questions or concerns and listened to my story without rushing me. Paula was very kind, Josmy was my angel who took care of me with kindness, patience, and a gentle hand which is exactly what I needed. I really can't say enough about the care shown and given to me at the St Cloud location!

The entire team was professional and welcoming, but I especially want to highlight Stacy. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything and help me with the insurance. Her support truly made a difference. Highly recommend office!

OMG the professionalism of the people that work there is outstanding. They give you a lot of information and they explain everything. I Love this dentist office. And I have severe anxiety!!
