Dr. Kazmi is the most patient, thoughtful dentist! She sat beside me and explained everything I needed. She took the time to check for understanding and make sure I felt comfortable with my plan! 10/10

Great people. My entire experience was much more than I expected. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. And best of all I now have a great smile, which was i haven't had in years! Thank you to everyone at richmond Aspen dental! I recommend this group to anyone who needs dental work!

Straight up scammed us out of $1000, saying that I had a problem that I didn't have that needed to be taken care of urgently, proceeded to not do the "urgent" treatment they said they were gonna do, just do a cleaning instead, charge us for the full "urgent" treatment that they didn't do despite saying we were gonna get refunded, and then messed up submitting to insurance TWICE (as they themselves admitted) making us have to pay $1000 out of pocket that we don't have to throw around for something that I didn't even have done, and reading other reviews here, it seems that we're not the only ones with this sort of experience at this location. Staff was very friendly, but either they are so incompetent that I don't trust them to care for my teeth, or so underhanded that I don't want to give

I went for a new patient exam and treatment plan for problems areas today. Everyone in the office was so very friendly and accommodating. The xray tech and Dentist were also very helpful, friendly and actually cared about my concerns and wellbeing. Everyone there was also very relaxed and down to earth. I wasn’t being pushed into making a decision about certain procedures that I wasn’t comfortable with either and that’s a big thing to me. I was very thoroughly explained the pros vs cons point blank but with COMPASSION.As someone who gets very nervous at a Dental office, I can’t believe what a great experience a usually terrifying appointment for me was today. I am so very happy that I made the switch to them from my previous usual office.

I had scheduled an appointment for a regular cleaning. No, I had not been to this location before but I had been to an Aspen dental in the past. I don't think that it is acceptable for someone to talk numbers about your gum line out loud where other customers can hear. Also, when she is finished with that, she had someone else come in to schedule my cleaning appointment. What do you mean schedule my cleaning appointment? That's what I said I needed. When I made this appointment. They could have told me that because apparently a lot of their patients have very bad teeth that I would need to go in there. Have nothing accomplished and waste more time making another appointment. I drove 40 minutes to go to someone else who actually could do the job the day I went there. Also, the place is filt
