Aspen Dental - Prescott Valley, AZ

Today’s visit was pain free. I was greeted by Cathy as I walked in and Susie checked me in and made sure my information was correct. Kristen did my cleaning and as usual it was amazing. Kristen is always friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable. Dr Park came in and checked on me and went over Motto with me and did a same day appointment for me so I could get started right away. Leslie sealed the deal at the end making sure all the paperwork and appointments were set! Best experience ever! I left with a smile on my face.

This was our first time to visit here. We had been to several dentist offices closer to home, only to hear that this was going to be a long and costly process. Aspen Dental of Prescott Valley was Incredible!! The front receptionist, Cat, was very welcoming, our wait to get called in the back was very short as well. Autumn was very informative and thorough during the X-ray process and also in the exam room. The Dentist also was amazing as he took us through a step by step plan for our treatment. He explained all our options and allowed us to decide what treatment plan we desired. After we finished up with the exam, we were introduced to Cassie. She too was AMAZING!! I had an extremely frustrating experience at Aspen Dental and will not be returning. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, yet I waited while being told repeatedly that they were “just getting a room ready,” despite having taken the entire day off because this office is frequently behind schedule. I came in for a replacement night guard. I have always worn a lower night guard, but they made an upper instead. When I questioned this, the technician stated that she had never made a lower night guard and that my chart reflected an upper. I advised her several times that I have always had a lower night guard, but my repeated statements were dismissed in favor of what was written in the chart. I had a tooth extraction and cleaning in on visit! Extractions aren't fun and I've never heard anyone say they had fun doing so. The dentist was considerate and did her best to make it comfortable! The cleaning was thorough and comfortable! I have all dental work at Aspen and have for quite awhile and don't plan to go to any other clinic, even though we have to drive 1.5 hrs. to and from. They are always helpful in making sure we get reasonable costs.

Id just like to let people know that my experience today was amazing. Im only 37 and I was going in today to check my options for dentures. As you can imagine I was very nervous, I even thought about rescheduling. From the moment I walked in the the staff was helpful and very pleasant! The woman that took my x-rays made me feel at ease and made sure to be gentle as im missing many teeth. She then took me to another room to scan my teeth and take my vitals and again very gentle and friendly. The Dr. Came in and explained my options to me after he examined my teeth and x-rays. He was very kind, gentle, knowledgable and truthful with me about what I should do but emphasized that we'd do whatever I chose to do. (I had a couple options.)
