Aspen Dental - Pooler, GA

I went into the Pooler location with hopes of resolving a lot of problems I'm having with my teeth. The exam was thorough and it was free. The dental assistant took all the high tech pictures of my teeth. Dr Robinson put together a common sense, comprehensive treatment plan. I had a deep cleaning as well performed expertly by Tien. The financial officer, Mariela, was meticulous about setting up payment with my insurance company. She saved me about $12,000 by working with the agent real-time, over the phone. My overall experience with Aspen has been outstanding.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. The level of care was truly exceptional from the moment I walked in. The office is spotless, modern, and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I was called back in a very timely manner. A special thank you to Mimi for being so gentle and thorough while taking my impressions, Lihn the hygienist for doing an amazing, careful assessment and making the whole visit comfortable, and the lovely x-ray tech (I believe Ella or Evie — I’m so sorry if I got the name wrong!) who was kind and efficient. And of course, Dr. Patel was wonderfully kind, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt completely comfortable. You can really tell this entire team cares deeply about their patients. Hi

I’m NOT happy with this Aspen Dental at all!!! First off I received my set of dentures from Aspen Dental in Ames IA back in 2010 and have NEVER had any problems with them. So 2years ago my husband went in to talk to them about a set of dentures. They wanted to put 6 anchors in my husbands mouth. I said how much, 25,000.00 I said absolutely not. That’s a brand new car!!! So he went with 2 anchors which he regrets getting. 12,000 later he loved the teeth. We had a problem with the top plate so we had to make a visit. His front tooth fell out and he swallowed it. The dental hygentist DROPPED his plate on the floor. Didn’t rinse them off or even apologize!!!! Fast forward about a year later the top plate cracked. So again he went in and had to get it fixed. Fast forward to the beginning of 202

Ms. Patel is a wonderful dentist.She always take great care of her patience. Her staff is the most friendliest and best I've ever seen! Definitely want to go see them for any teeth issues!

Mrs T and all the ladies were so professional while keeping me informed about what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. I have had a complex about the condition and looks of my teeth however they all made me feel good and not judged at any time. Also Kelsey at check in is very welcoming and so very kind. Thank you all.
