Lizz is the best dental assistant! She’s very professional! You can tell she loves her job! I was having a rough morning before coming & she definitely put a smile on my face with her attitude of gratitude! The entire staff was full of positivity, full of patience & professionalism. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Jimenez and his staff are the best. The oral surgeon is someone the I have learned to trust through this evolution and he accomplishes what he says he will. His oral surgeon assistants are exactly what you would want. They are friendly and empathetic. I have enjoyed working with them.

Everyone at this Pensacola location has helped me to feel relaxed and listened to. I have been very fearful of the procedures that I need done. Zack made me feel like family, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered, Dr. Tapia was gentle and kind, Stacy jumped in to assist and every single employee I encountered (I forgot each name) was kind, warm and welcoming. I am so glad to have found this office!!!

I was terrified about getting 5 teeth extracted! My surgeon Dr Jimenez was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. I had absolutely no pain afterwards. Also, Sam at Aspen on Bayou Blvd Pensacola provided excellent service and helped me get the financing I needed.

I was late to my appointment, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM just 1 hour before. Let’s keep in mind, they close at 3:00 PM and it was a Saturday, one of the only Saturdays they’re open each month. Everyone was ready to go home, but they still treated me with kindness and respect. They took care of everything they needed to and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciate their professionalism and will definitely be coming back to handle the rest of my dental work. I also have to add that the doctor there is truly bright and intuitive. With so many unethical medical professionals out there these days, it’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about their patients and does things the right way.
