I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. From the moment I arrived, my visit was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout every step of the process. They took the time to explain procedures clearly, answered all of my questions, and showed genuine concern for my comfort and well-being. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a high level of compassion, and Aspen Dental truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care and an outstanding patient experience.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Sierra was highly professional and caring. Amazing doctor! He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The assistants were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

In all honesty, I feel like I won’t get quality care if I don’t submit to the atrocious treatment plan mapped out for me. How my teeth look doesn’t pay my bills! If I need a simple extraction, will I be treated differently than some who have thousands of dollars to pay to have a “Colgate” smile? The pressure presented made me feel worthless because I don’t have thousands of dollars in my bank account! I have a disabled husband, am the “breadwinner “ , work my butt off to just stay above water, then have a few broken teeth that they want thousands of dollars for!😢my smile doesn’t pay the bills. 😥

I am extremely happy with my experience at Aspen Dental Okeechobee. They are very organized and I did not feel in any way, shape, or form that I was being rushed or overcharged. An excellent staff communicated with me and themselves the best way to handle treatment. I was very comfortable the whole time.

The staff was friendly, so they got an extra star for that. When I said I wasn’t interested in their special “deep cleaning” that costs over a thousand dollars, and I just wanted a basic cleaning at this time, I was told that it’s Aspen Dental policy to follow the dental hygenists recommendations, so they were unwilling to just do a normal cleaning. They said, and I quote, “Regular cleanings don’t do any good”. I said that’s fine, I’ll do it with my regular dentist, who specifically told me I did not need a special “deep cleaning”. I don’t understand how someone in the dental field can tell me that “regular cleanings don’t do any good”. It really just made me feel like this place cares more about profit than about dental health. I trust the dentists who don’t turn a profit over these fo
