20/10 – Excellent Service, Absolute Perfection I have to start by saying this place deserves a 20 out of 10. Truly excellent service. I had some very traumatic experiences with dentists when I was a kid. During procedures back then, the anesthesia didn’t seem to work and I felt everything. Because of that, I avoided dentists for years, which unfortunately led to my dental health getting worse. Eventually I developed periodontal disease and had a tooth that was almost completely gone. Going into this appointment, my biggest fear was that the anesthesia wouldn’t work again. I was terrified I would feel everything like I did as a child. When I first asked about nitrous oxide and was told they didn’t use it, my anxiety shot through the roof. I honestly felt completely shaken and didn’t know w

They are so efficient. I just moved here and haven't had a cleaning in approximately 3 years due to my original office burning down. I had the check up at 830a and they had an opening same day at 1030a for a cleaning. X-ray tech (i forgot her name) was so personable and friendly. Dr. Barrow quickly and promptly checked my teeth. Bobbi, office manager was great at helping me make payment without any delays and schedule the cleaning. Star of the show was Phong, the hygienist who was friendly and quick at his job. My teeth feel squeaky clean! Would definitely recommend this location to others.

This was my first visit. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I went through everything in one day. All of the X-rays were done in one room with a lovely young lady. After the X-rays I ent to another room and spoke with, I believe his name is Dr. Phon. We talked about needing a deep cleaning, and the benefits of having it done. Having had heart surgery and being on a blood thinner, I took amoxicillin so he could check my teeth. Another really nice Dr. came in and talked about my X-rays, Yay, no cavities. Then the Dr. for the cleaning he would do that today, so I wouldn't have to make another appointment and take more medicine. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I got everything done in one day. Just had an extraction and some cavities filled durring my pregnancy and aspen dental and their whole team has been nothing short of amazing . The care the showed to make sure I felt comfortable an taken care of exceeded my expectations! They are affordable and just over all excellent! Definitely recommend them and will be back for future dental needs !

Dr. Barros completed my extraction and bone graft in the time it took "Summertime Sadness" to play in the background. She sung a little too at the points where there was the most pressure in my mouth - it was comforting, like a lullaby. Lisa assisted and Phong did my root scaling & planing, and they both had wonderful bedside manners and empathy and helped explain everything to me. The front desk team was great too. If you have any dental anxiety, they're all a great team to help you through it.
