The staff here was very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Key listened to me and explained everything! Best dental visit! The cleaning with Jasmine was gentle and thorough! And they even used the newest material in fillings which is amazing! I don't live in the area, but I am willing to travel for future visits with this staff!

Writing not for myself but for my partner who went with Aspen dental to get his teeth fixed. He has permanent dentures and initially we had no issues. First off, the front desk reception is extremely friendly and very good at their job, from the interactions I’ve watched while waiting for him in appointments, they are always so helpful, friendly and professional. I can’t speak to the actual dentists and technicians, but my partner has never complained, so I’m guessing they’re good as well. My one star has to do with today’s visit, 12/31/25, and the simple fact that we’re here to pick up his permanent teeth and have had nothing but issues since the appointment was set. The staff and medical team at Aspen Dental have been nothing short of phenomenal during our visits. From the moment we in-processed through treatments until the out-processing and payments, the folks at this clinic have made the dental experiment as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our thanks to them for taking good care of our family.

Had an EMERGENCY appointment scheduled. Misleading, waste of time, and doesn't stand true to expectations as set on website and call center expectations. Waste of time and money WITH NO resolution for emergency. However, staff member Randy at the North Augusta location was very polite, professional and compassionate about our situation even though his employer was not of assistance. Kudos to Randy for HIS excellent customer service in a very delicate and difficult situation.

Great staff! I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Bri in specific made my visit as painless and comfortable as possible. Everyone was very attentive my whole appointment especially when it came to my questions. Definitely would recommend this location!
