I would like to thank Gina, the doctors, and the front desk receptionist at Aspen Dental for the excellent care I received. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. They were very kind, patient, and professional, always looking for the best way to help me and do what was best for my dental health. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which I truly appreciate. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service!

Baby!!!!! Let me tell you. Aspen dental is everything they think they are. First off the waiting room was clean, bright and it smelled so good. Smelled like coco butter and lavender. The front desk staff was friendly and warm welcoming. No nasty attitudes or acting as if they didn’t want to be there. Then Hygienist Ashely was so knowledgeable. She talked me out of getting veneers and truly broke down true dental care and treatment plans. When I tell you I was blown away. Then Dr. V was so kind he was very patient and took his time with me. Hands down I feel more confident I wasn’t embarrassed about my smile and they made me excited to get started with them. Hands down 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

This was my first visit and the front desk person was wonderful! She was on top of everything, kind, patient and hard working. She is a most appreciated first impression. I would give Aspen 5 stars if it wasn’t for the long wait to be seen. So, with that being said, 5 stars for the receptionist extraordinaire. Again, after we did go in the back and x-rays were taken, we had to wait awhile to actually get in a room. Once again, the dental hygienist was kind, professional, attentive and empathetic. The dentist was also very good with explaining the situation and making us comfortable. Finally, to the wonderful financial advisor, such a lovely woman! In conclusion, the wait was long, but the staff made up for it with kindness. 5 stars to the people at Newport News Aspen office.

I had a crown fall out and needed it reattached. I went in person to set up an appointment. The person at the counter asked if I had an appointment or if I needed to make one. I told the person I needed to make one and was handed a business card to call a number and make an appointment. I returned to my residence and called the number. I was instructed to go to a website to make an appointment. My appointment was set for 0800. I arrived at 0750 and all of the parking places close to the building were taken. There was one other person in the waiting room. Another person came in a few minutes after I arrived. At about 815 the other person was told they wouldn't be seen until 0900. I was finally taken to the back offices where I had to sit through approximately ten x-ray procedures.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for. Dr. Suh was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt at ease throughout my visit. Jaylen, Daisha, and KeKe were equally amazing—kind, attentive, and patient, making what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. The front desk receptionist deserves her credit as well because she’s definitely front line😂 The entire team worked together seamlessly and showed genuine care and compassion.
