Aspen Dental - Mount Pleasant, WI (Racine)

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Their dental hygienist who seems like she’s on drugs made me bleed horribly during a gum assessment by dragging her tool across my gums and their doctor tried to tell me I had 7 cavities. They insisted I paid up front for the 7 cavities I allegedly had before they would even set up an appointment for fillings. I declined payment and future services and left. Went to a reputable dentist a few days later and I was told a had ZERO cavities and I was able to get a gum assessment done without any bleeding. Those people tried to charge me for fillings for cavities I don’t even have. This place is a sketchy money grab.

Dr. Ali Radmanesh is incredible. I wish he was in my insurance plan otherwise I would go here. I had to see an emergency dentist for my wisdom tooth and he was able to quickly send a script and get me relief as I was barely able to open my mouth. I have to go to a different dentist within my network but the team here is so kind, friendly and wonderful. Thank you all!

I have been going to Racine Aspen Dental. The last time I was there was about a year ago. I found out I had a large credit on my account from a bridge I have put on several years earlier . I inquired about a refund. I was told that it could only be refunded to the account that I used to pay for my portion of the bill. This account was closed after I paid it off. I no longer have that account. The office manager said she would look into and would call me back. She never did call me back. I call them again and she was not available. I am moving and I want my refund.

The staff is very organized, attendant & kind; also good listeners and professional. They answered all my questions efficiently and effectively, The environment is modern, laid-out very nicely with state-of the art equipment. The attending dentist was very knowledgeable and kind; offering expert advice in a timely manner. Staff explained billing, prior authorization, etc.! Their scheduling of my needs was very accommodating and timely. Thank you very much! Mark

Recommend any where else. They don’t care and clearly nobody pays attention. My experience: I called because I had wisdom tooth pain and wanted them removed. I have no dental insurance and am paying out of pocket. They say “yea come on in” I go in, no oral surgeon is in for weeks. So the one issue I called about you knew you couldn’t solve but still had me come in and waste two hours of my day. Then we schedule a day to get my two wisdom teeth pulled. I pay right there (of course you need to pay before service provided) now fast forward my appointment is coming in a couple days they call me up and say “we see one is a wisdom tooth so it’s actually going to cost $280 more” Absolutely not you guys are a joke and you won’t get a dollar from me but hurry up and refund me
